This trails starts out with a 1 mile climb taking you up 1000 feet so you might want to get in a warm up, or just take it easy for the first few minutes. However, its well worth the climb with incredible views from Hunter's Point.

This trail is shared by walkers, runners, mountain bikers, and horses. So, while everyone is respectful of others and happy to help with directions, or even just tell you how far to the top, keep your eyes/ears open when approaching a bend.

This area provides many sign-posted options to cut the hike short if you're beginning to tire.
